International Orders

Processing Times

• In-stock items: usually ship within 1 business day.
• Out-of-stock items: typically 3–9 business days before shipping.

Pool Tables & Heavy Items

• Not eligible for free shipping.
• Freight charges are quoted separately after ordering.

Damaged Shipments

• Refuse visibly damaged packages or have the courier note the damage before signing.
• Contact the seller immediately if damage is discovered.

Missing Items / Shipping Errors

If You’re Ordering to India

The important part is that you will pay any Indian import duty, GST, customs clearance charges, and courier handling fees in addition to the purchase price and shipping cost.
