All new products sold by Expartise Predator Billiard Shop include the Original Manufacturer Limited Parts Warranty, when applicable.

Extended Warranty Protection Plans

For additional peace of mind, Expartise Predator Billiard Shop offers optional extended warranty protection plans on most electronic gaming products and arcade equipment.

2-Year Extended Parts & Labor Warranty

This optional extended warranty is available for purchase at the time of the original order only.

Eligibility Requirements

The Extended Warranty Plan is valid only when:

• Purchased during the original sale transaction

• Combined with Expartise Predator Billiard Shop White Glove Installation services

• The customer is located within 20 miles of an Expartise Predator Billiard Shop retail location

Coverage begins on the date of delivery or professional installation.

What the Extended Warranty Covers

The Electronic Advantage Plan includes manufacturer warranty support (when applicable) along with additional hardware and labor protection.

Covered Components Include:

• Circuit boards

• Monitors and displays

• Power supplies and power cords

• Buttons, joysticks, flippers, steering wheels, pedals, and trackballs

Labor & Service Coverage

Expartise Predator Billiard Shop may provide:

• In-home troubleshooting and repairs

• Remote technical support

• In-store or warehouse repair services

• Transportation to an authorized repair facility when necessary

Our goal is to restore covered electronic products to proper working condition as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

Warranty coverage will be considered void under the following conditions:

• Commercial or business use of residential electronic products

• Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper handling

• Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, cracks, broken glass, or monitor adjustments

• Damage caused by accidents, drops, shipping, relocation, or improper transportation

• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations performed by non-authorized technicians

• Natural disasters or environmental events, including floods, storms, lightning, earthquakes, or fire

• Structural or electrical damage caused by water leaks, roof collapse, electrical surges, or falling objects

• Failure to follow manufacturer instructions or product care guidelines

• Products sold “As-Is”, clearance, liquidation, or closeout merchandise

• Software upgrades, subscription services, manufacturer conversions, or online services

Non-Transferable Warranty

All warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
