If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return process.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery or in-store pickup, provided the products are:
Unused and in original condition
Returned with original packaging and accessories
Accompanied by the original receipt, packing slip, or proof of purchase
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an incorrect shipment or product defect.
Please securely package and ship your return using a trackable shipping carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS to.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using insured and trackable shipping services. Expartise Predator Billiard Shop is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If visible shipping damage is present, refuse the package and notify the carrier immediately.
If damage is discovered after delivery, contact our customer support team as soon as possible with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Claims for shipping damage may be denied if delivery is accepted without reporting visible damage.
To process a return or exchange, customers may be asked to provide:
Original receipt or packing slip
Order confirmation number
Valid government-issued photo identification
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund:
Gift cards and gift certificates
Clearance or closeout merchandise
Customized or special-order products
Used or installed items
Products returned without original packaging
Approved returns may be subject to a 25% restocking fee for online and in-store purchases. Restocking fees help cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
If your purchase included free promotional items, gifts, or bundled discounts:
All promotional items must be returned to receive a full refund.
If promotional products are not returned, their retail value may be deducted from the refund amount.
Bundle refunds will be adjusted proportionally based on the returned item’s value within the package.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Credit card refunds are processed back to the original card used during checkout.
Payments made by check may require up to 14 business days after bank clearance for refund processing.
If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Items that do not meet return eligibility requirements
Products returned without valid proof of purchase
Merchandise showing signs of use, damage, or alteration
