Non-Cancellable Orders

Certain products are made specifically for individual customers and therefore cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once processing has begun.

Custom & Personalized Products

Any item that has been customized, personalized, engraved, specially configured, or altered according to customer specifications is considered a final sale item and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Special Order Items

Products that are not currently in stock and are specially ordered from our suppliers at the customer’s request are non-cancellable and non-refundable once the order has been confirmed.

Standard In-Stock Orders

Orders for standard, in-stock products may be cancelled before shipment confirmation is issued.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and the purchase will fall under our Return & Refund Policy.
