Shipping Methods

We ship all orders using trusted courier partners, including Canada Post and UPS. Shipping transit times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, destination, and carrier service levels.

Courier selection may vary based on package size, order value, and destination to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

For orders valued over $5,000 CAD, UPS is generally used to provide enhanced insurance coverage and detailed tracking support.

For international shipments, UPS is recommended for higher-value orders, as coverage and claims support may vary by destination country and local carrier procedures.

Free Shipping

Most Canadian orders over $200 CAD and U.S. orders over $250 USD qualify for free standard ground shipping.

Free shipping includes:

• Standard service area coverage
• Insurance protection up to $1,000 CAD

Free shipping does not apply to:

• Pool tables
• Oversized or heavyweight products
• Freight shipments
• Certain remote delivery locations

Freight Deliveries

Pool tables and other large freight items require a custom freight quote.

Once your order is received, we will contact you with available freight delivery options and pricing before shipment is finalized.

In-Store Pickup

Save on shipping costs by selecting free in-store pickup from our Oakville, Ontario location.

Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store.

Local pickup is only available when all items in your order are in stock at the selected location. If inventory availability changes, our team will contact you with alternative options.

Processing & Delivery Times

In-Stock Items

Orders containing in-stock products typically ship within one business day.

Out-of-Stock Items

Products that are temporarily unavailable generally require 3–9 business days before shipment, subject to supplier availability.

Please note that shipping and delivery times may vary due to:

• Weather conditions
• Distance to destination
• Customs processing
• Other factors beyond our control

International Orders, Duties & Brokerage Fees

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and import-related costs associated with international shipments.

The purchaser acts as the importer of record and assumes responsibility for all applicable import fees.

If a return is approved, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount. Import-related fees are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Partial Shipments

If your order contains products with different availability dates, we may contact you regarding partial shipment options when available.

Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives damaged:

1. Refuse delivery whenever possible, or
2. Request that the courier document the damage before signing for the shipment.

Please retain all original packaging materials, as carriers may require inspection before processing an insurance claim.

If an item arrives damaged, notify both the courier and our customer service team immediately. We will work quickly to arrange a replacement or resolution.

Missing Items & Shipping Errors

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Any missing items, incorrect products, or shipping discrepancies must be reported within two (2) days of delivery.

Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If applicable, additional shipments will be noted on the packing slip included with your order.

If a shipping error occurs, we will promptly investigate and correct the issue.
