We ship all orders using trusted courier partners, including Canada Post and UPS. Shipping transit times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout, package size, destination, and carrier schedules.
To ensure secure and efficient delivery, the shipping carrier may be selected based on the order value, dimensions, and destination.
High-Value Orders
Orders exceeding $5,000 CAD are generally shipped via UPS to provide enhanced insurance coverage and advanced tracking capabilities.
For international shipments, UPS is recommended for higher-value orders, as insurance coverage and claims support may vary by destination country and local carrier handling procedures.

Most Canadian orders over $200 CAD and U.S. orders over $250 USD qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping.
Free shipping includes:
- Standard service area coverage
- Insured shipments up to $1,000 CAD
Free shipping does not apply to:
- Pool tables
- Oversized products
- Heavyweight items
- Freight shipments
- Certain remote delivery locations
Freight Shipments
Pool tables and other freight-class products require a custom freight quote. Customers will be contacted with available freight options and pricing before shipment approval and order fulfillment.
Made-to-Order Products
Certain apparel, posters, and photo print products are manufactured to order and may incur calculated shipping charges based on destination, fulfillment location, and product type.
In-Store Pickup
Save on shipping costs by selecting free in-store pickup at our Oakville, Ontario location.
Please wait until you receive notification that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.
Local pickup is only available when all items in the order are in stock at the selected location. If inventory becomes unavailable, our team will contact you regarding alternative arrangements.
Processing & Shipping Times
In-Stock Products
Orders containing in-stock items are generally processed and shipped within one business day.
Out-of-Stock Products
Items currently unavailable typically require approximately 3–9 business days before shipment, depending on supplier availability.

- Customs clearance procedures
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs agencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.
International Orders, Duties & Brokerage Fees
International customers are responsible for all applicable:
- Customs duties

- Brokerage fees
- Import charges
- Government assessments
The customer acts as the importer of record and assumes responsibility for all import-related fees.
If a return is approved, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount. Any duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
Partial Shipments
Orders containing products with different availability dates may qualify for partial shipment.
If applicable, our customer service team will contact you to discuss available shipping options.
Damaged Deliveries
If a package appears damaged upon arrival:
- Refuse delivery whenever possible, or
- Request that the courier documents the damage before signing.
Please retain all original packaging materials, as the carrier may require inspection before processing an insurance claim.
If a product arrives damaged, notify both the courier and our customer service team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
Missing Items & Shipping Errors
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.
Any missing items, incorrect products, or shipping discrepancies must be reported within two (2) days of delivery.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If so, additional shipments will be indicated on the packing slip included with your order.
If a shipping error occurs, we will promptly investigate and work to correct the issue.
