Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using trusted courier partners, including Canada Post and UPS. Transit times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout, destination, and carrier schedules. Courier selection may vary depending on package size, order value, and delivery location to ensure reliable and efficient service.
Orders valued over $5,000 CAD are typically shipped via UPS to provide enhanced insurance coverage and detailed tracking capabilities.
For international shipments, UPS is generally recommended for higher-value orders, as insurance coverage and claims support may vary depending on the destination country and local carrier handling procedures.

Free standard shipping applies to most Canadian orders over $200 CAD and U.S. orders over $250 USD. Complimentary shipping includes delivery to standard service areas and insured coverage up to $1,000 CAD.
Please note that oversized products, pool tables, freight shipments, heavyweight items, and certain remote delivery locations are excluded from free shipping offers.
For pool tables and other freight-class products, customers will receive a custom freight quote after placing their order. Available shipping options and pricing will be provided prior to shipment approval and fulfillment.
Certain made-to-order products, including apparel, posters, and photo prints, may be subject to calculated shipping charges based on destination, product type, and fulfillment location.
In-Store Pickup
Customers may choose complimentary pickup from our Oakville, Ontario location when eligible inventory is available.
After placing an order, please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup before visiting the store.
Pickup options are only available for products currently in stock at the selected location. If an item becomes unavailable, our team will contact you with updated information and available alternatives.
Processing & Delivery Times
- In-stock products typically ship within 1 business day.
- Out-of-stock products generally require 3–9 business days before shipment, subject to supplier availability.
- Delivery times vary depending on carrier performance, destination, customs processing, weather conditions, and selected shipping method.
Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, customs agencies, or other external factors are beyond our control.
International Orders, Duties & Brokerage Fees
Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other import-related costs associated with international shipments.
The purchaser acts as the importer of record and assumes responsibility for all applicable import fees.
For approved returns, original shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount. Any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
Partial Shipments
If an order contains items with different availability dates, partial shipments may be available. Eligible customers will be contacted to discuss available shipping arrangements.
Damaged Shipments
If a package arrives visibly damaged:
- Refuse the shipment whenever possible, or
- Request that the courier documents the damage before signing for delivery.
Please retain all packaging materials, as carriers may require an inspection before processing a damage claim.
If an item arrives damaged, notify both the courier and our customer service team immediately. We will work quickly to arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Missing Items & Shipping Errors
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any missing items, incorrect products, or shipping discrepancies within 2 days of receipt.
Some orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. Additional packages will be noted on the packing slip included with your order.
If a shipping error occurs, our team will promptly investigate and resolve the issue to ensure your order is completed accurately.
