Shipping Options
Orders are delivered through reputable carriers such as Canada Post and UPS. Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected during checkout. The carrier used may vary according to package dimensions, destination, and order value to provide the most dependable shipping experience.
Orders valued at more than $5,000 CAD are generally shipped with UPS because of its superior tracking features and expanded insurance coverage.
For international deliveries, UPS is often the preferred carrier for high-value purchases, as insurance protection and claims processes can differ depending on the destination country and local delivery network.
Shipping Charges
Canadian customers receive complimentary standard shipping on orders over $200 CAD, while customers in the United States qualify for free standard shipping on orders exceeding $250 USD. Free shipping includes coverage for standard delivery zones and insurance protection up to $1,000 CAD.
Oversized products, heavyweight shipments, remote destinations, and pool tables are not eligible for complimentary shipping.
For pool tables and other freight-class products, a customized shipping quote will be prepared after the order is placed. Customers will be contacted with available freight services and pricing before shipment arrangements are finalized.
Certain made-to-order products, including clothing, posters, and photographic prints, may be subject to calculated shipping rates based on destination, item specifications, and fulfillment location.

Store Pickup
Customers may choose free in-store pickup for eligible orders. Simply place an order online and select pickup at our Oakville, Ontario location.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store.
Pickup options are only available for products currently stocked at the selected location. If an item is unavailable at that location, pickup may not be offered during checkout.
If any item expected for pickup becomes unavailable, our customer service team will reach out with further information.
Processing and Delivery Times
Products listed as in stock are generally shipped within one business day.
Items that are temporarily unavailable typically require three to nine business days for restocking before shipment, depending on supplier availability.
Delivery estimates may vary based on carrier schedules, service level selected, and shipping destination. We are not responsible for courier-related delays or any customs, brokerage, or import fees associated with international orders.
International Orders and Import Fees
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and import-related fees incurred during international shipping. The purchaser acts as the importer of record and assumes responsibility for these costs.
If a return is approved, original shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund amount. Import charges and customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
Partial Order Fulfillment
If an order contains items with different availability dates, we may offer partial shipment options when appropriate. Customers will be contacted to discuss available solutions.
Damaged Deliveries
If a shipment arrives with visible damage, customers should refuse delivery whenever possible or request that the courier documents the damage before accepting the package.
Please retain all packaging materials, as they may be required for carrier inspections during the claims process.
If an item arrives damaged, contact both the courier and our support team immediately so we can assist with a replacement as quickly as possible.
Missing Items and Order Errors
Customers should inspect their shipment upon arrival and report any missing products, shortages, or incorrect items within two days of delivery.
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If applicable, this information will be indicated on the packing slip included with the shipment.
Should you encounter a shipping discrepancy or receive an incorrect item, contact our customer service team and we will work promptly to resolve the issue.
