Order Shipping
We ship all orders through reliable delivery providers such as Canada Post and UPS. Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected during checkout. The carrier used for shipment may vary according to the order size, destination, and value to ensure the most secure and efficient service possible.
Orders valued above $5,000 CAD are generally sent via UPS, which offers enhanced tracking features and higher insurance protection.
For international deliveries, UPS is often recommended for higher-value purchases since coverage limits and claims procedures may differ depending on the destination and local courier partners.
Shipping Costs and Eligibility
Customers in Canada receive free standard ground shipping on orders exceeding $200 CAD, while U.S. customers qualify for free standard shipping on purchases over $250 USD. Complimentary shipping includes standard service coverage and insurance protection up to $1,000 CAD.
Please note that oversized items, pool tables, heavyweight products, and certain remote delivery locations are not eligible for free shipping.
Large freight items such as pool tables require a custom freight estimate. Once your order is placed, our team will provide available delivery options and pricing before processing the shipment.
Some products, including apparel, posters, and photo prints, are produced on demand and may incur shipping charges based on product type, destination, and fulfillment source.

Store Pickup Service
Customers may select free in-store pickup for eligible local orders. Orders can be collected from our Oakville, Ontario location once they have been processed and are ready for pickup.
Pickup availability is based on inventory at the selected location. If an item is unavailable at a specific store, that location may not appear as a pickup option during checkout.
Should any expected product become unavailable, our team will contact you directly with an update.
Processing and Delivery Times
Products currently in stock are generally dispatched within one business day.
Items that are temporarily unavailable typically require three to nine business days before shipment, depending on supplier availability.
Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, shipping methods selected, and destination distance. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or any customs-related processing.
International Orders and Import Charges
Customers placing international orders are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import charges. The purchaser acts as the importer of record and assumes responsibility for all fees associated with importing products.
If a return is approved, original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Any import-related expenses remain the responsibility of the customer.
Partial Order Shipments
If all items in an order are not available at the same time, we may offer partial shipment options. Customers will be contacted if their order qualifies for separate deliveries.
Damaged Deliveries
If a package appears damaged when it arrives, customers should refuse delivery whenever possible or ask the courier to document the damage before accepting the shipment.
Please keep all packaging materials, as the carrier may require inspection before processing a claim.
If a product arrives damaged, notify both the courier and our customer service team immediately so that replacement arrangements can be made as quickly as possible.
Missing Items and Shipping Discrepancies
All orders should be inspected promptly after delivery. Any missing items, shortages, or shipping errors should be reported within two days of receiving the package.
Some orders may be delivered in multiple shipments, which will be indicated on the packing documentation included with your order.
If you encounter any shipping issues or receive incorrect products, contact our team and we will work to resolve the matter promptly.
