Methods of Shipping
All orders are shipped using trusted courier partners, including Canada Post and UPS. Shipping transit times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Courier selection may vary based on the size, value, and destination of the order to ensure reliable and efficient delivery.
- Orders over $5,000 CAD are typically shipped via UPS for enhanced insurance coverage and tracking support.
- For international shipments, UPS is recommended for higher-value orders due to improved coverage and claim support.

Free shipping exclusions:
- Remote service areas
- Oversized or heavyweight products
- Pool tables and freight items
- Orders requiring special freight arrangements
In-Store Pickup
Customers may select free in-store pickup for eligible orders at the Oakville, Ontario location.
Important notes:
- Pickup is only available when all items are in stock at the selected location.
- Wait until fulfillment confirmation is received before arriving for pickup.
- Customers will be contacted if any expected item is unavailable.
Expected Shipping Times
- In-stock items typically ship within 1 business day.
- Out-of-stock items generally require 3–9 business days before shipment, subject to supplier availability.
- Transit times vary based on destination and carrier service.
Spot On Billiards is not responsible for:
- Courier delays
- Customs delays
- Brokerage fees
- Import duties or taxes
International Orders, Duties & Brokerage Fees
For international shipments:
- The customer is the Importer of Record.
- Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges.
- Shipping costs may be deducted from approved returns.
- Import-related fees are non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.
Partial Shipments
Customers may be contacted if an order qualifies for partial shipment due to inventory availability.
Damaged Shipments
If a package appears damaged:
- Refuse the shipment when possible, or
- Ask the courier to note the damage before signing.
Additional requirements:
- Keep all packaging materials.
- Contact both the courier and the retailer immediately.
- Packaging may need to be inspected during the claims process.
Missing Items & Shipping Errors
Any non-damage shipping issues should be reported within 2 days of delivery, including:
- Missing items
- Incorrect products
- Shipping discrepancies
Please note that some orders may arrive in multiple shipments, which will be indicated on the packing slip included with the order.
