Delivery Services
All orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as Canada Post and UPS. Delivery times vary based on the shipping option selected, destination, and carrier schedules. Shipping providers may be chosen according to package size, order value, and delivery location to ensure secure and efficient transportation.
Orders valued above $5,000 CAD are generally shipped through UPS to take advantage of enhanced insurance protection and detailed tracking services.
For international deliveries, UPS is often preferred for higher-value shipments due to more comprehensive coverage and claims support, which can vary by destination country and local carrier networks.
Shipping Costs
Canadian orders exceeding $200 CAD and U.S. orders over $250 USD qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping. Free shipping includes standard service area coverage and insurance protection up to $1,000 CAD.
Free shipping does not apply to oversized products, freight shipments, pool tables, heavy equipment, or certain remote delivery locations.
Pool tables and other freight-class items require a custom freight quotation. Customers will be contacted with available shipping options and costs before the order is processed and shipped.
Some made-to-order products, including apparel, posters, and photo prints, may incur calculated shipping charges based on the item type, fulfillment location, and destination.

Store Pickup
Customers may choose free pickup from our Oakville, Ontario location when inventory is available. Orders should only be collected after receiving confirmation that they are ready for pickup.
Pickup availability depends on stock levels at the selected location. If an item is unavailable, that location may not be offered as a pickup option during checkout.
If a product expected for pickup is unavailable, our team will contact you to discuss alternative arrangements.
Order Processing Times
Products currently in stock are generally shipped within one business day.
Items that are temporarily unavailable typically require three to nine business days before shipment, depending on supplier availability.
Delivery times may vary due to shipping method, destination, carrier schedules, weather conditions, and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.
International Orders and Import Charges
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and import-related charges associated with international shipments.
The purchaser serves as the importer of record and assumes responsibility for any applicable fees.
For approved returns, original shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount. Any customs or import charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
Partial Shipments
Orders containing products with different availability dates may qualify for split shipments. If applicable, customers will be contacted regarding available shipping arrangements.
Damaged Deliveries
If a package arrives with visible damage, customers should refuse delivery whenever possible or request that the courier notes the damage before accepting the shipment.
Please retain all original packaging materials, as they may be required for inspection during the claims process.
If a damaged product is received, contact both the shipping carrier and our customer service team immediately so that a replacement or resolution can be arranged promptly.
Missing Items and Shipping Errors
Customers should inspect all shipments upon arrival and report any missing products, incorrect items, or shipping discrepancies within two days of delivery.
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages. Additional shipments will be indicated on the packing slip included with the order.
If any shipping issue occurs, our team will work quickly to resolve the problem and ensure the order is completed correctly.
