Delivery Services
We ship all orders through trusted carriers such as Canada Post and UPS. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. The carrier chosen for your order may differ based on package size, shipment value, and destination to ensure the most reliable and efficient service possible.
Orders valued above $5,000 CAD are generally shipped via UPS due to enhanced tracking capabilities and increased insurance protection.
For international deliveries, UPS is often recommended for higher-value purchases, as insurance coverage and claims support can vary depending on the destination country and local delivery partners.
Shipping Costs
Customers in Canada receive free standard shipping on orders over $200 CAD, while customers in the United States qualify for free standard shipping on orders exceeding $250 USD. Complimentary shipping includes standard service coverage and insurance protection up to $1,000 CAD.
Please note that oversized products, heavy freight shipments, pool tables, and certain remote delivery locations are not eligible for free shipping.
Large products such as pool tables require a custom freight quotation. Once an order is placed, our team will provide available freight options and pricing before shipment approval and processing.
Certain made-to-order products, including apparel, posters, and photographic prints, may have shipping rates calculated separately based on destination, fulfillment location, and product specifications.

Store Pickup
Customers can choose free pickup from our Oakville, Ontario location when eligible. Simply place your order online and select the pickup option during checkout.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the store.
Pickup is only available for items currently stocked at the selected location. If any product is unavailable, the pickup option may not be offered during checkout.
Should an item become unavailable after your order is placed, our team will contact you with further information.
Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes
Products that are currently in stock are typically dispatched within one business day.
Items that are temporarily unavailable generally require between three and nine business days before shipment, depending on supplier inventory and availability.
Transit times may vary according to the shipping method selected, carrier schedules, and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, or brokerage services.
International Orders and Import Fees
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges associated with international shipments. The purchaser acts as the importer of record and assumes responsibility for any applicable fees.
If a return is approved, original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Import-related fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
Partial Shipments
If an order contains products with different availability dates, we may offer partial shipment options when possible. Customers will be contacted regarding available arrangements.
Damaged Deliveries
If a shipment arrives with visible damage, customers should refuse the package whenever possible or ask the courier to document the damage before signing for delivery.
Please keep all original packaging materials, as the shipping carrier may require an inspection before processing a claim.
If you receive a damaged product, notify both the carrier and our customer service team immediately so we can assist with a replacement as quickly as possible.
Missing Items and Shipping Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all contents and report any missing items, incorrect products, or shipping discrepancies within two days of delivery.
Some orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. When applicable, this information will be noted on the packing slip included with your order.
