Order Dispatch
We partner with reliable shipping providers, including Canada Post and UPS, to deliver orders safely and efficiently. Delivery times depend on the shipping service selected during checkout and the destination of the shipment. Carrier selection may vary based on package dimensions, shipment value, and delivery location to ensure the best available service.
Orders exceeding $5,000 CAD are generally shipped through UPS to take advantage of enhanced tracking capabilities and higher insurance coverage.
For international orders, UPS is often the preferred option for valuable shipments due to its dependable tracking and claims support across many regions.
Shipping Fees
Free standard ground shipping is available for qualifying orders within Canada over $200 CAD and within the United States over $250 USD. This service includes insurance coverage up to $1,000 CAD and applies to standard delivery areas.
Free shipping does not apply to oversized products, freight shipments, pool tables, exceptionally heavy items, or certain remote locations.
Products requiring freight transportation, including pool tables, will receive a custom shipping estimate after purchase. Customers will be contacted with available freight options and associated costs before shipment arrangements are finalized.
Certain products such as apparel, posters, and custom print items may ship from different fulfillment locations and may be subject to calculated shipping charges based on destination and product type.

Local Pickup
Customers can save on shipping costs by selecting in-store pickup during checkout. Pickup is available from our Oakville, Ontario location once the order has been processed and prepared.
Pickup options are only available for products currently stocked at the selected location. If inventory is unavailable, the pickup option may not appear during checkout.
Should any item become unavailable after an order is placed, our team will contact you with updated information and available alternatives.
Processing Time
Available inventory is typically dispatched within one business day.
Products that are temporarily out of stock generally require between three and nine business days before shipment, depending on supplier availability and replenishment schedules.
Delivery times may vary based on shipping provider performance, selected service level, and destination. We cannot guarantee carrier transit times and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs agencies, or border processing.
International Shipping and Import Charges
Customers placing international orders are responsible for all import-related expenses, including duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges. The purchaser serves as the importer of record and assumes responsibility for these costs.
For approved returns, original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Any customs or import fees paid remain the responsibility of the customer.
Split Shipments
Orders containing products with varying availability may qualify for multiple shipments. If a partial shipment option is available, our customer service team will contact you to discuss the details.
Damaged Shipments
If a package arrives visibly damaged, customers are encouraged to refuse delivery or request that the courier records the damage before accepting the shipment.
Please retain all original packaging materials, as they may be required during the carrier’s inspection and claims process.
In the event of damage, notify both the delivery carrier and our support team as soon as possible so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
Missing Items and Shipping Discrepancies
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all contents carefully and report any missing products, incorrect items, or shipping discrepancies within two days of delivery.
Some orders may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. When applicable, this information will be indicated on the packing documentation included with your order.
If you encounter any issues related to shipment accuracy, our customer support team will work quickly to correct the problem and ensure your order is completed properly.
