Shipping Methods
We dispatch all orders through dependable courier services, including Canada Post and UPS. Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping option selected during checkout. The shipping carrier may be chosen based on factors such as package size, order value, and destination to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
Orders exceeding $5,000 CAD are generally shipped using UPS due to its enhanced tracking capabilities and higher insurance coverage.
For international deliveries, UPS is often preferred for high-value orders since insurance coverage and claims procedures can vary between countries and local delivery partners.
Shipping Costs
Most Canadian orders valued above $200 CAD and U.S. orders over $250 USD qualify for complimentary standard ground shipping. This offer applies to standard service areas and includes insurance coverage up to $1,000 CAD. Free shipping does not apply to remote regions, oversized products, heavyweight items, or pool tables.
For pool tables and other freight shipments, a custom freight estimate will be provided after the order is received. Customers will be contacted with available delivery options and pricing before shipment is arranged.
Certain products, including apparel, posters, and photo prints, are produced on demand and may have shipping charges calculated based on the item, destination, and fulfillment location.

Store Pickup
Customers may choose in-store pickup to avoid shipping fees. Orders can be collected from our Oakville, Ontario location once processing is complete.
Pickup availability depends on inventory at the selected location. If one or more items are unavailable at that location, the pickup option may not be displayed during checkout.
Should an item become unavailable for pickup, our team will contact you with updated information.
Order Processing Times
In-stock products are generally shipped within one business day.
Items that are temporarily unavailable typically require between three and nine business days before shipment, depending on supplier availability.
Delivery estimates may vary based on courier schedules, selected shipping services, destination, and other factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or for any customs, brokerage, or import fees associated with international orders.
International Orders, Duties, and Brokerage Fees
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and related charges incurred on international shipments. The purchaser serves as the importer of record and assumes responsibility for all applicable import costs.
For approved returns, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount. Any customs or import-related fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
Partial Shipments
If part of an order is unavailable, we may offer a partial shipment when possible. Customers will be contacted regarding available options before processing.
Damaged Shipments
If a package appears damaged upon arrival, please refuse the delivery when possible or ask the courier to document the damage before signing.
Retain all packaging materials, as the shipping carrier may require an inspection during the claims process.
Should any item arrive damaged, notify both the courier and our team immediately so we can assist with a replacement as quickly as possible.
Missing Items and Shipping Errors
Please review your order promptly upon delivery and report any missing items or order discrepancies within two days.
Some purchases may be shipped in multiple packages. If applicable, this information will be included on the packing slip.
If you receive an incorrect item or discover a shortage, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
