Pricing & Product Information

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel orders affected by inaccurate pricing or technical issues

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Gift cards

• Game room furniture

• Shipping charges

If an order is cancelled due to pricing or technical errors, customers will receive a full refund for the affected purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to provide accurate shipping rates, estimated timelines, and delivery information. However, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, inventory availability, weather conditions, or technical system problems.

Shipping Terms

• Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed

• Expertise Predator Billiards reserves the right to cancel orders impacted by shipping calculation or carrier-related errors

• Customers will receive a full refund for any cancelled shipment-related order

Custom & Special Orders

Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products are manufactured specifically for individual customers and are subject to special cancellation policies.

Cancellation Timeline

• Within 7 days of purchase — eligible for a full refund

• Between 8–30 days — eligible for up to a 50% refund

• After 30 days — non-cancellable and non-refundable

Production timelines for custom products may vary, and delivery dates are considered estimates only.

Furniture & Game Room Accessories

For in-stock furniture and accessory purchases:

• Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled local delivery for a full refund

• Cancellations requested after that period may qualify for store credit only

• Once delivered or picked up, all sales are considered final

Clearance, Close-Out & As-Is Merchandise

All clearance, discontinued, floor model, close-out, and “As-Is” merchandise is considered final sale and is not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Pickup & Storage Requirements

• Merchandise must be picked up or scheduled for delivery within 14–15 days of purchase

• Failure to arrange pickup or delivery may result in a 50% restocking fee

Finishes, Fabrics & Product Variations

Due to lighting conditions, screen settings, manufacturing processes, and natural material variations:

• Product finishes may vary slightly in texture, color, or appearance

• Fabrics and materials are not guaranteed against fading, wear, or environmental reactions

• Website images and showroom samples are intended for reference purposes only

Payment Terms

Payment is generally collected at the time of purchase.

For pre-orders or backordered items, Expertise Predator Billiards may place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method before shipment. This may temporarily affect your available credit balance.

Order Acceptance & Confirmation

Submitting an order does not guarantee order acceptance.

Expertise Predator Billiards reserves the right to:

• Refuse or limit quantities on any order

• Restrict purchases per customer, household, or address

• Cancel orders suspected of fraud, resale activity, or policy abuse

If payment has already been processed for a cancelled order, customers will receive a refund for the cancelled portion.

Return & Refund Policy

Eligible unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery or pickup if returned in original packaging and condition.

Return Conditions

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

• A 25% restocking fee may apply

Non-Returnable Products

• Clearance and “As-Is” merchandise

Warranty Policy

All new products include the Original Manufacturer Limited Warranty where applicable.

Warranty coverage periods, limitations, and exclusions vary depending on the manufacturer and product category.

Extended Warranty Coverage

Expertise Predator Billiards also offers optional extended warranty protection plans for eligible electronic products.

Electronic Advantage Plan Includes:

• 2-Year Parts & Labor Coverage

• Coverage for monitors, displays, joysticks, buttons, flippers, circuit boards, trackballs, pedals, power supplies, and additional electronic components

• Remote, in-home, or authorized repair support

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not apply to:

• Commercial use

• Abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidental damage

• Cosmetic damage

• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

• Natural disasters or structural damage

• Clearance or “As-Is” merchandise

• Subscription services or software upgrades

Extended warranty plans are non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

Cancellation Policy

Custom-made and special-order products cannot be cancelled or refunded once production or supplier processing has begun.

Standard Orders

In-stock orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once shipped, orders become subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
